WELCOME

Somehow you have managed to stumble upon the welcome page of Denise and Michael Cameron's personal travel log.
We both enjoy being on the move, seeing new places, doing new things. Cities or countryside, theme parks or nature parks, we love it all. We enjoy arriving best, though Denise enjoys the journey just as much.
Both born in Belfast, Northern Ireland (hence the domain name), but now living in England we quickly explored the local towns and villages. We still go local but have widened our 'patch' travelling to all corners of England. Visits to Scotland, Wales and of course Northern Ireland are not unheard off. Not forgetting the odd trip to the more southern parts of the Emerald Isle.
Our travel bug has also taken us abroad (when we can afford it), France inevitably, but our shadows have been seen in Italy (a lot), Spain, Denmark, Sweden, Romania, Greece and Switzerland. Further afield we've been to Lanzarote, Tunisia, Canada, Mexico and of course the United States. One dream is to have set foot in all 50 U.S. States.
Lastly Michael enjoys painting and sketching, and a section of this site contains a few of his pieces. Done mostly for pleasure, a few as gifts for friends (poor unfortunate souls). Nearing 60 he still hasn't developed a personal style, one day perhaps, one day.
